In order to confirm a booking, a deposit worth 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid via bank transfer.The remaining 70% must be received15 days before the check-in date. Payment can be made via bank transfers or credit card online. We will charge a 2 % fee for payment with non-EU credit cards. No fee will be charged if the purchase is paid in foreign currency.

Flexible Check-In

From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours. If you would like to Check-in after 8:00pm or on Sunday an additional fee of 30 Euros will be charged. For Check-ins after 11:00 pm a 50 Euros fee will apply.

Security deposit

Paid with a credit card during check-in. It is returned within 15 days after departure as long as the apartment does not show any damage. 3% additional for payments with American Express (Visa and Mastercard do not have a surcharge)

This spectacular three-bedroom exterior apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful classical building across the famous Retiro park, at the heart of Madrid, in the Ibiza neighborhood of the Retiro district.  Although still essentially a residential area, Ibiza is quickly becoming a destination for trendy restaurants and terrazas.  Right outside your door is the magnificent Retiro Park, a frequently visited destination by both tourists and locals. This fantastic large green space is perfect to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan life or to practice sports. Its size is 1.4 km of beautiful gardens, monuments, galleries, fountains, restaurants and attractions.

The apartment is just a short walk away from upscale Salamanca neighborhood known for the best fine shopping and dining in Madrid.  It is 4-minute walk to Alcalá street, 13-minute walk to the stunning Puerta de Alcalá, and a 20-minute walk to the famous Prado Museum.  

Being located in the center of Madrid this property has countless means of transportation. Some of the closest metro stations are Principe de Vergara, Ibiza, or Retiro. 

The apartment features a spacious living area with an open-plan layout including the dining area and the kitchen.  It stands out for its exclusive design and elegant decoration in gray and earth tones and the mixture of modern elements with classic pieces.  It is also very luminous thanks to the arrangement of its large windows.  The living room is furnished with a four-seater sofa, four coffee tables, two armchairs, a chaise lounge, and wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV.  The dining area has a table for six or eight people.  The fully equipped kitchen has a comfortable American bar in two heights that is very fashionable in the world of modern design and interior design.
