In order to confirm a booking, a deposit worth 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid via credit card online or bank transfer. The remaining 70% must be received 15 days before the check-in date.
A deposit worth 100% of the total reservation amount must be paid in advance when the reservation is made 15 days or less prior to arrival.

The apartment is located on a second floor of a classical building facing east, whose interior has been recently renovated. There is only one apartment per floor.
The front door opens into a large entrance hall that leads to the main room to the left, and the bedroom area to the right. The large and bright living room becomes the heart of the home. It features three balconies with curtains and is furnished with fine art, a couple of neutral two-seater sofas and four armchairs that offer guests a place in which to relax, a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, giant elephant fangs and an attractive library. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a large format artwork on the wall and a large rectangular table that sits eight people. The spacious kitchen with a center isle, is semi-open to the dining room. It is fully equipped and has high quality appliances. There is a door to the open laundry area with a sink, washer and dryer. There is a comfortable family room before entering the bedroom area. It is a casual area to relax and it is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a desk with chair, and a Smart TV.
The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1.80 x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps, an armchair, a sofa, large built-in closets and en suite bathroom with double wash basins, bidet and a walk-in a shower. The second bedroom features a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps and built-in closets. The third bedroom has two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp, a couple of armchairs and built-in closets. The second bathroom is shared by the two rooms and has a walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom.
The building has an elevator and concierge. It is very well connected with a number of metro and bus stations. The Retiro metro station is steps from the building.
