In order to confirm a booking, a deposit worth 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid via bank transfer.The remaining 70% must be received15 days before the check-in date. Payment can be made via bank transfers or credit card online. We will charge a 2 % fee for payment with non-EU credit cards. No fee will be charged if the purchase is paid in foreign currency.

From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours. If you would like to Check-in after 8:00pm or on Sunday an additional fee of 30 Euros will be charged. For Check-ins after 11:00 pm a 50 Euros fee will apply.

Located on a 2nd floor with an exterior view to Claudio Coello street, it is the perfect choice for a person, couple or small family who wish to stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid. It is one block from the luxurious Serrano street -Madrid´s 5th Avenue-, two blocks from Velázquez street and within walking distance to the famous Retiro Park -Madrid’s largest and most elegant park- a magnificent place for a stroll.

CLAUDIO COELLO III is located in the Salamanca district, certainly one of the best and most exclusive neighbourhoods in which to live in the city. It is known for its elegant buildings, tree-lines streets, great restaurants, cafés and high-end boutiques, including the internationally famous designer brands. This area is called ‘The Golden Mile’, which is the best boutique shopping district in the city.

The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the living area by a ingenuously designed contemporary curved wood wall made of vertical slats, converting a small space into a cozy, warm home with a cocoon feel. Recessed lighting runs the length of the ceiling and baseboards. A second bathroom on the right of the entrance is for guests and features a walk-in shower. To the left of the entrance is the bedroom.

The open-plan living area features a dining table that sits 4 people with a modern chandelier. Bellow the large window with exterior views is a 2-seater sofa-bed, two round coffee tables, two armchairs, a side table and a floor lamp. Giving the entire space a cohesive style code, is another wood panel wall which slides back to reveal either the kitchen one-wall layout or the built-in shelves with a Smart TV. The sliding door is an ingeniously thought out small space solution and gives a sense of cohesive cosiness.

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything else guests need during their stay. There are built-in cabinets for storage space and to hide a washer and a dryer.

The bedroom is fitted with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, two bedside tables, two lamps, and armchair and built-in closets. It has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The entire apartment has wood flooring.

The building has 5 floors and was built in 1978. It has two elevators and a concierge that can handle any matters related to the building. Its central location makes it easy to move around the city quickly and comfortably. The closest stations to the apartment are Serrano and Núñez de Balboa.
