In order to confirm a booking, a deposit worth 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid via credit card online or bank transfer. The remaining 70% must be received 15 days before the check-in date.
A deposit worth 100% of the total reservation amount must be paid in advance when the reservation is made 15 days or less prior to arrival.

We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, and Bizum.
A commission of 1.80% fee will apply to credit cards from outside Europe, JCB, CUP, and European company cards.
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours. For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Sunday, an additional fee of 30 € will be charged. For Check-ins before 9 am and after 11:00 pm, a 50 € fee will apply.

Located in the exclusive Salamanca district, known for its wide tree-lined streets, elegant façades and buildings, high-fashion houses and good restaurants, this duplex attic is right on the Golden Mile, considered to be Madrid’s high end shopping area, which spans across several streets, including calle Claudio Coello. The apartment is steps from the famous calle Serrano -Madrid´s Fifth Avenue- and next to the fabulous Mercado de la Paz –the best market in the capital which also offers a range of little restaurants to eat lunch or have a snack. Claudio Coello II is also within walking distance to many cultural attractions and the famous 350-acres Retiro Park, the largest green park in Madrid and the ideal place to unwind from the busy city.
The apartment has an open-plan layout with a decoration that mixes contemporary and traditional pieces with abstract art, to create a unique style and cozy atmosphere. The living space is very bright thanks to its large glass sliding doors that provide access to the terrace and permit the natural light to flow the rooms. You get a beautiful view of the city from the terrace.
The entrance has a large built-in closet for extra space, a mirrored wall and a console with a pretty designer table lamp.
The living room is furnished with a large modern sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, a upholstered bench, side tables, a floor lamp and a large Smart TV with a stand. The dining area comes with a wooden table with four Pantone chairs and two upholstered armchairs to sit 6 people. The open kitchen is completely equipped with a modern, black design with touches of wood and a breakfast bar with two leather stools.
The master bedroom is fitted with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, side tables, bookshelves over the bed, a chaise longue for reading and a desk with chair. There is plenty of storage space thanks to the many built-in closets. The bedroom is very bright due to the sliding door that gives access to the terrace. There is an en suite bathroom with a a very nice shower.
The second bedroom comes with two single beds (0,90m x 1,90m), a bedside table, a dresser and a small built-in closet. It has an en suite bathroom with a walking shower.
The third is an attic bedroom, fitted with a twin trundle bed (0.90 x 1.90 m) small built-in closets and bookshelves. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a tub with shower. It is ideal for kids or youngsters.
The apartment has wooden floors except for the bathrooms and kitchen which are tiled.
Thanks to its central location, the apartment has excellent transport links to the rest of the city.
